The base module features essential spaces: a bathroom and technical areas. The kitchen, living room, and compact bedroom make it fully functional for living without additional modules. However, as needs change, the design allows for seamless expansion—residential floors can be added, the living room can be extended, and a carport can be integrated. This flexibility enables the house to evolve without requiring significant investment.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with sliding glass partitions that open up to the terrace, blending the interior with the surrounding nature and erasing the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces.
